1. General provisions
This policy defines how the personal data of Fergana Motors website users is processed (the "Operator") and the measures taken to keep it secure.
2. What data we collect
Through the forms on the site the Operator collects a name and a phone number, as well as the content of the message. Anonymised web analytics data (Yandex.Metrica) is also collected automatically.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed to respond to a request (car sale, service booking, parts enquiry), to provide advice and to improve the website.
4. Legal grounds and retention
Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent the user gives when submitting a form. Data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Transfer to third parties
The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties except as required by law. Request data is stored in a secured database.
6. User rights
The user may request information about the processing of their data, its correction, blocking or deletion, and may withdraw consent by contacting the details listed on the site.
