The Chevrolet Equinox PHEV ACTIV combines the recognizable character of a Chevrolet SUV with the brand's modern design language. A wide body measuring 4,653 × 1,902 × 1,728 mm, a 2,730 mm wheelbase, a sculpted hood, expressive side lines and signature squared wheel arches create a confident, dynamic look.

Exterior

The ACTIV version emphasizes the model's character with its own badges, 19-inch alloy wheels and 235/55 R19 all-season tires. LED lighting, active grille shutters and roof rails combine expressive design with practicality for everyday driving and trips out of town.

The opening panoramic sunroof brings more light into the cabin, while signature ACTIV elements make the Equinox look even more expressive. Active grille shutters help improve aerodynamics while keeping the front end clean and modern.

A digital cabin for every day

The Equinox PHEV ACTIV comes with a lithium iron phosphate battery of 17 or 24 kWh, depending on the trim. Electric range is up to 80 km for the Activ 80KM and up to 120 km for the Activ 120KM (WLTC).

Interior

ACTIV seats are trimmed in a combination of eco-leather and faux suede, complemented by contrasting two-tone stitching and embroidery. The wide body and flat second-row floor give passengers more room, and the 648 L cargo area expands to 1,619 L with the second row folded.

Comfort, thought out to the last detail

Power adjustment for both front seats, driver's seat memory, 4-way lumbar support, and heated and ventilated front seats help you set up the perfect seating position. Active noise cancellation (ANC) reduces road noise, and the column-mounted gear selector frees up center console space for convenient storage.

The cabin offers 25 storage compartments — from a roomy armrest to large cup holders — so the little things you need are always at hand.

The Equinox PHEV ACTIV is equipped with a suite of Level 2 driver assistance and active safety systems. 360° surround-view cameras, front and rear parking sensors, APA semi-automatic parking, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and lane keeping and centering help the driver in the city, on the highway and when maneuvering.

Six airbags including curtain airbags, ABS, EBD, BA, TCS and ESP, traffic sign recognition, tire pressure monitoring and other systems complete the active and passive safety package.

A power liftgate with hands-free foot-activated opening and height memory makes loading easier when your hands are full.

Intelligence on board

The dual 11 + 11.3-inch display with a resolution of 2000 × 970 pixels runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 processor. The system supports wireless Apple CarPlay, connectivity and wireless smartphone charging.

Power that doesn't depend on the charge

The PHEV plug-in hybrid system uses a P1+P3 layout, combining a 1.5 L turbocharged gasoline engine, an electric motor and a two-speed DHT hybrid transmission. The system automatically switches between series and parallel operation depending on driving conditions.

Combined system output is 272 kW (369 hp) and 565 Nm. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 7.0 seconds, and top speed is 180 km/h.

Electric power for everyday routes

With a fully charged battery and a full fuel tank, total range exceeds 1,000 km. Fuel consumption is 1.03 L/100 km (WLTC), and 6.13 L/100 km with a depleted battery.
